Harvey’s beautiful bags are used to transport a Child’s belongings home after a bereavement.

Giving support to bereaved parents at the most difficult time.

The Harvey Hext Trust is a national charity that was originally created to help support bereaved Children, to keep alive their precious, loving memories of their brothers and sisters by supplying bespoke, personalised, durable wooden Memory Boxes and beautiful Memory Bears as a legacy to their lives.

We are now also finding that bereavement support professionals are turning to our Memory Boxes and Memory Bears, to help the children come to terms with the loss of a Parent and to support them with the grief that brings.

It’s difficult to describe the immense gratitude that the families feel when they receive our Memory Boxes. They love the professional quality of the manufacture as well as the attention to detail we put into the design they wanted, but mostly they treasure the fact that someone has cared enough to give them a treasured, irreplaceable gift.

So today I became the very proud owner of my very own memory box…. I think this is not for just young siblings, although I massively believe it will help them through their own grieving process, but for me it’s about having a box for life with all of Molly’s treasures in that nothing in this world could replace. It’s about being able to share with my children what an incredible human their Aunty was. It’s also a special chest for me to have my own ‘Molly time’ and the precious moments we shared as siblings! I thank you from the bottom of my heart and more, as this wouldn’t be possible without you and the charity. ❤️

A million thankyou’s wouldn’t be enough for Ellie’s beautiful memory box and gorgeous teddy bear,Ellie misses her beautiful sister Abbi more and more each day and she kept little sentimental things if Abbi’s under her bed in a bag now she has the most beautiful memory box to keep all her wonderful memories in,The Harvey Hext Trust A Siblings Wish is a fantastic charity as our children are grieving so much for their brothers and sisters and receiving beautiful gifts like Ellie has today is such a wonderful thing,Thanks again Sarah you are a total inspiration xxxx

Just got home to find the Memory box was delivered next door today.I have just opened it and it is amazing thank you so much I dont know what to say!!! We will always treasure the box.

The Making Of A Memory Box
